Synergy Evicts Tenant for Anti-Social Behaviour 2/25/2010Synergy Housing has been granted possession of a property in Ferndown following a successful anti social behaviour injunction against Mr Piper, who was the tenant of the property.

Poole County Court issued a possession order on 12th January, which gave Mr Piper 14 days to remove his belongings from the property. Unfortunately Mr Piper didn’t abide by this and Synergy had to wait for County Court Bailiff to carry out the eviction, which took place on 16th February 2010.

The tenant, who lived in Tamar Close on the Heatherlands estate, denies ever causing any Anti-Social Behaviour.

The injunction against Mr Piper was originally obtained by Synergy back in December 2009 to protect the private owners and tenants in the area and to stop residents being harassed; this stays in force until June 2010.

Synergy Housing commented, "We are very disappointed that it has got to this stage and we always see eviction as a last resort. However, we take Anti Social Behaviour very seriously especially when considering the impact it has on the local community and residents on the estate."
