Tenant Training
We organise training to help you gain the confidence, knowledge
and skills to represent your community more effectively.
The topics covered include:
- Getting started with computers
- Preparing newsletters and flyers
- Skills for taking part in committees and meetings
- One-to-one help with computers for tenants associations
- Equality
- How to become a tenant inspector
- Confidence building
If we cannot meet your training needs, we will give you details
of other organisations who can help.
This is not a full list, and we welcome your suggestions for
other training opportunities.
InSTEP Tenant Training
The events will motivate and encourage
tenant participation through learning and networking with other
tenants and residents.
